Six Mile Run Trail Maintenance 3/1/2025

I'm going to start running regular monthly trail maintenance sessions. Everyone is welcome.

Going to start this Saturday 3/1 8a to noon. Meet at Canal Rd lot. Plan is to hike in on blue doing light trimming, clearing sticks from the trail and picking up garbage.

I have some tools (Lopers, hand pruners), if you have something and want to bring feel free 🙂 Bring gloves and water.

It will be a JORBA event, so please sign the waiver in advance.

Unfortunately, I posted this late and no one else came. Hopefully we’ll get more people next month. Going to try again on 3/29/2025.

Got about 2.5 miles of blue done. Cleared nicks, picked up a bag of trash, and lots of pruning.
