Six Gap Century - 100 miles / 11k feet

I've been looking at some challenging rides and came across the Six Gap Century ride in northern Georgia. Apparently 100 miles and a little over 11,000 feet going up on pavement as far as I could tell. I've got D2R2 booked for August as well as the Vermont Challenge but this ride got my attention. Wondering if any one else had done this before and any tips they would like to share.

Hillier than thou has been canceled this year - it should be back.
Someone can post up the course.

The Hillier course is the best bang for your buck if your local....in 2014 i believe we did 12,800... i may still have the cue sheet

If you're going that far south just ride the first 100 miles of the Blue Ridge Parkway, that's like 20,ooo feet. And then the second hundred the day after for another 20k.
