At most bicycle races participants don jerseys, but Carl Decker, right, the winner of the Single Speed World Championship, competed in a "Borat"-style swimsuit.

The winners of the World Champ races are given a pass to do whatever they want. This event is a yearly circus that draws all kinds of shenanigans. :rofl:
