Last year at Dirtfest, I bought a pair of 45NRTH Fasterkat winter cycling boots from Rothrock Outfitter in PA. I started using the boots around the December timeframe for mountain biking and a couple of weeks ago the zipper failed on me.
I contacted 45NRTH and they instructed me to bring them to the closest 45NRTH dealer, which was Marty's in Hackettstown. Danny and Megan took the boots back and contacted 45NRTH. This was on a Friday.
I was away the next week on business in Texas when I got a call on Wednesday that my boots were in. Since 45NRTH doesn't make the Fastercat anymore, they gave me a new set of Japanther, which is a nicer design.
I have to say that 45NRTH really stood behind their product! The boots are nice fitting and warm, so I can keep enjoying my winter rides. Thanks 45NRTH and Marty's for the service and quick turnaround!
