I sold my Roval CLX32s to a friend of a friend a couple weeks ago. He wants his money back because his shop tells him that "all the nipples are seized and they can't be trued". Assuming they haven't screwed everything up, he can have his money back but is this really a problem for a shop? Or just a PITA they don't want to deal with? I had a crappy set of ICONs that I couldn't true (because 'seized') but Richie at the Peddler had no complaints when he swapped in a PT hub for me and he handed me back all the undamaged spokes/nipples.
I never touched the things. They were straight as far as I was concerned.
