Salsa Stormchaser Frameset Prices...

I've been monitoring the market for the cheapest possible Stormchaser frameset available, then I noticed the same frame shows up with 2 different prices $1349 and $1249, with the higher price being associated to what looks like the older frameset (I don't believe there's any difference other than the decals style). The same applies to retailers on the web, with some offering the older frame at the discounted price of $1249...is there any actual difference between the two version that would justify spending the extra $100 ?

Check the dropouts that come with the frameset. The old one came with geared and SS which I think they no longer do?

Nevermind, these are both the newer ones that don't.
Nothing specific seems to be mentioned in the specs, but the picture of the cheaper one shows the SS dropout. The SS dropout is $30 so not sure why they would even differentiate.

BTW would you still recommend this frame today?
