I apologize if anyone posted this place but did not come up in my search.

Hit this place today. Friend heard about it and en route to our next destination. Located off 95 in CT east of 91.

Holy crap this place is FUN!

Pump track and skills at base of park. Then lots of one way trails. Sort of like Allaire meets Jungle and Sterling. Flow with rocks and drops. Some bridges. We did about 10 miles and only hit 2/3 of park.

Highly recommend if in area or day trip.

I’ve done a few rides at Rockland. Crazy flow and a ton of fun skinnies! The northwest side of the park features a tech trail called Northern Exposure, which is a must ride for anyone who happens to visit in my opinion.

Much fun to be had here. Lots of pedal for those who want the workout and enough features for the techie to be entertained. If passing through Connecticut it’s worth the stop.

I wish a NJ park could build a flow/skills area like the bottom of this place. Awesomeness.

Rockland is awesome, I hit it last year solo. I'd say its the best place in CT from what I have seen. Shows what a community can do when they come together to build and maintain trails. Honestly, this could even be an "on the way to Kingdom" spot as its pretty much right off i91. https://www.strava.com/activities/1878055837
