Question about the Canonball trail in Ringwood - Is it open to MTBers? What's the skill level and about how long is the trail?

ive ridden it all the way to ringwood sp on occasion.
i would call it strong intermediate with some easy and tough sections along the way. any rider of sound fitness and a sack can handle, no problem.
