Riding - Camping Alabama/Georgia

Has anyone done any Riding/Camping In Alabama/Georgia? (e.g. Anniston, Alabama /Coldwater Mountain). May head south once the cold weather hits. I have only spent a limited time in this part of the world. Kind of interested to see the forest Environs and the sociology. Thx.

I haven't been either, but some Philly riding buddies had gone in 2018 and LOVED IT. Commented that is was "definitely worth the distance", "trails are superb", and "the management is super cool". Some drove and some flew down. It's on my bucket list.

This place does seem super cool. I heard the owners on a podcast a while back and really liked the vibe and mission.
