Anyone have experience restoring leather couches? Light rich brown. Deeper scratches, no rips

mhmm should I use the car leather cleaners and conditioners I have?

Or a shop that does it?

No yes probably.

I would use the leather conditioner that you have. That should help a lot.

Lexol is the only one i know of that doesn't leave a residue behind. The ones for autos sometimes do...

Any other olds remember a product back in the day for repairing leather/vinyl cracks? Was some sort of tinted glue/filler you smear on, then put a patch on to smooth it over. When cured, you remove the patch and the repair was invisible. Well, that's what they advertised at least. 🤣

Leather is very durable. It may take a couple try’s but it should come back.
I have done some fixes to my cars over the years with Lexol
