Red reroute build day May 18 845am

This is hosted by Morris county but with some attendance I can provide some breakfast provided by Jorba. We will be working on the red reroute near the back parking lot. Tools provided, bring water and gloves. This reroute will be in use very shortly if we can get it completed.
