Recommend me a wireless router

2100 sq ft (3 levels, normal drywall, normal glass, 1/2 acre plot). Per Google's speed test on laptop wifi at the far end of the house: Download is 45 mbps. 25 mbps Upload (12ms latency). Google says that's "fast" but is it really? Cell phone wifi in this same spot always drops in and out.

Thanks to everyone for the help and recommendations. I don't know crap about this stuff (I'm just an Imaginary Engineer). Definitely not looking for commercial grade and not really sure i need a mesh network. Just looking to replace my POS Optimum "thing" with a better single "thing".
Just get this, then check back in 5-8 years...

I got a nighthawk at my house and my mother's, both devices provide great coverage and no issues. A lot of other good options but if not interested in Mesh the nighthawk is one of the best.

Go with a mesh network I like the eero pros the most and above them the erro pro 6 is even morepowerful the speeds you get off of it are pretty insane and totally unnecessary.... personally don't like the orbis seen a fair amount of customers complaining about them. The Google mesh is pretty good as well. Not as many people have the velop but the few I have worked on were good. I use to recommend nighthawk above all else prior to mesh networks but after working on 100s of them I can tell you they don't last that long. The worst one has 6 antennas and looks like an upside down bettle. But a large number of the models have all sorts of issues. If you have an IP phone they can cause constant problems. I've seen drastic speed loss from them as well. Even when hardwired through them.

Thats plenty fast enough to do just about anything. You don't need crazy fast speeds from your isp. I have 60 mbps at my house yet I trouble shoot people's houses that have 1000mbps every day when I show them the actual data usage they are baffled at how low it is. honestly most homes are using less than 25mbps at any given time. With a few spikes above that from time to time but rarely.
