Recommend me a trail

Hey guys. I wondering if someone can recommend a trail in north or central Jerz. My favorite trail is CCC- I know it's not great but it's so fun. I really like fast single track. Tight and twisty is great, too. I don't need big drops or mega air, but prefer minimal rocks and roots.

I used to ride at least once a week on the Mtn bike and once or twice on the road bike, but after blowing out my knee and some other stuff, I have been out of the game for almost a year. I'm looking forward to get out as soon as the snow lets up.

So what do you guys got?

If you want a little trip go up to Stewart in Newburgh NY. Super smooth and fun.
