I see that brand in many budget top lists. Worth consideringI’m not a power user, but I rock these and like them:
That model is no longer available, but I’d trust their newer models would be good as well.
Noise cancellation, single ear, ambient mode and pretty decent sound.
Not audiophile, but I’m not looking for that in buds.
Which phone are you using?I have the Bose sport earbuds. Retain well and sound really good. Sometimes hard to get them to connect tho.
Yeah, I think I bit on those based on a Wirecutter review.I see that brand in many budget top lists. Worth considering
I'll throw in another vote for Shokz. Sound quality isn't great but you get used to it, and if someone yells they're coming up behind me I can hear themI use Shokz OpenRun whenever outdoor is involved, other ways just the basic Apple tethered earbuds. Bought the OpenRun because the bone transmission and the claim of being able to hear what happens around when wearing them…at the volume I listen to everything that is a stretch, but they do work well.
Edit to add: I also have some Google Pixel buds that sound pretty good, but I really don't like that I can't hear my surroundings while wearing them.
I assumed the air pods have a similar transparency mode but maybe I'm mistaken? Either way, I'd imagine the best integration experience with an iPhone would come from using the air pods.
Iphone 14. There's a Bose app that might make it better but they got busted for illicitly collecting data so I don't use it.Which phone are you using?
Not sure if mine have a transparency mode. They're a cheaper model that came with one of the pixel phones a couple years ago.I have the Pixel Buds Pro and they have a "transparency" mode which allows.you to hear what's going on around you. They also have a setting that will pause your listening when you start a conversation. Though that might only be available with pixel phones (not 100% sure). Sound quality is great and they work perfectly with my Pixel.
