Rear road wheel and CX Tires

Looking for some cheap stuff to finish a commuter project that I'm working on. Need a cheap 700c rear wheel that can handle Shimano or SRAM 9 Speed. Also looking for a set of CX tires worn or well used is fine since it's only going to be a commuter not raced. Let me know what you have and what you're looking to get for it.
