Both of mine are rusted and I get worried because I'm riding with my back quick release open because it's too rusted to close. How much will 2 new quick releases cost? If they are even sold separately.

You can spend anywhere form $10-50 on a set of skewers. Just run down to your closest bike shop and they'll hook you up.

And do it before you ride again...
