Photochromic sunglasses?

Anyone have them and like them? I tried the Amazon Rockbros but if there's any change it's barely perceptible. I'd love something with enough range to wear in the woods but also work on the more open/sunny road rides. Many of my rides are after work and something that transitions would be great. Fathers Day coming up, you know? 😛

i have a set(oakley) that i like, they will never get as dark as dedicated sunglasses(they are dark enough for full sun), good for the dusk/dawn rides with changing light conditions, or the days with lots of changing cloud cover.

Pretty sure I have the Oakley Radar EV Path. I can wear these at night and during the day. Don't get as dark as sunglasses, but they do transition fast enough when going in or out of the woods.

2 different pairs of Tifosi
Moab
Rail
They do as advertised in my opinion
Not a sun glasses person so I'm probably not very good for advice.

Oakley and Tifosi both do models that transition...We stock both brands, both very popular at very different price points...

lol. Ditto. But then I sweat on them and realize it’s only half of the problem.
@Carson turned me on to wearing a doo rag under the helmet one ride when I couldn’t stop cursing cuz all the sweat going in my eyes and down my glasses…picked up a 6 pack on Amazon and haven’t had a single drop of sweat get past em since. They’re super thin and not hot at all.

These aren’t the ones I got but similar: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YKRKP6...anguage=en-US&titleSource=avft-a&previewDoh=1

Didn’t try to find the ones with phalluses on em like he wears but to each his own.

Of course, ymmv as I have the rock bros glasses and they get quite dark in the sun and pretty clear in the woods when it gets dark.

I’ve used several over the years, the 0-3 lenses go from basically clear to perfectly tinted pretty darn quickly with crystal clear image quality… even when the trail snakes in and out of the woods.

Tifosi Tsali. I use them xc skiing, cycling, sailing. They're not that dark, but just enough to remove the glare that causes squinting. Light weight and covers well to offer some wind protection.

Got these this winter and they have met my expectations s. I do not have good luck with sunglasses, specially on the mountain bike, so I went the cheap route. The frames are comfortable for sub thirty bucks and lenses transition well.

I have a pair of Julbo glasses and I love them! They go from completely clear to darker than most transitions (in my opinion…others didn’t get dark enough for me).

These are what I have. They would be too small for you, but sharing so you can see the lenses I have.
