Pennsylvania (Philly) trails advice

anyone familiar with any trails near the Valley Forge Park area? going away this weekend and i was hoping to do some riding down there. i found a site with good leads, but i want to hear some first hand feedback. possibly doing the horseshoe trail, Wissahickon Valley, or French Creek. thanks!
 
i used to live in philly, and have friends that still do. i've ridden all three, but like wissahickon park/valley green better than the others. i don't know it well enough to recommend loops, but it's pretty hard to go wrong there. it's got a bit of everything. there's something for everyone too, from a rail trail that eventually turns into a bike path(that goes all the way to the art museum and beyond) to serious singletrack.

enter off of henry ave, wises mill rd. that'll put you right down in the center where you're bound to run into other riders. or just explore, it's a a narrow valley, so it's hard to get lost.
