Who’s ridden the entire thing? Gravel bike capable? Mtb? Looking at riding the Sussex branch to Paulinskill out to PA. Thoughts?

I've done it a few hundred times 🤣

Gravel bike is best. It's about 80 miles all in. Unless you go to the Travel Center off Rt80 to refuel, then it's 90something. See the route I posted in my thread.

Once you get to PA, you can return to the Sussex via the Lackawanna cutoff. But for that you’ll want an MTB due to the significant sections of ballast.

Cool good details. If you get there before I do let me know how the conditions are.

Yea I've ridden part of the cutoff and remember the ballast wasn't much fun.
