Park/MTB relations?

I went a few months without being very active on here and upon my return it seems there are some issues with 6MR. I understand why the unsanctioned section of red was officially closed. I was surprised to see in the conditions thread that the park is now leveling trail "features" without any dialogue. What's going on? It always seemed as if JORBA had a good relationship with the park.

It is all just speculation right now - because of the lack of communication.
The JORBA crew is working all the channels.

The relationship remains solid. There were a few miscommunications, but all parties are speaking and we anticipate resolution, driven by the park, in due time.
