are there carbon fat frames using the sliders? I know Salsa has the rockers but not looking at them yet.
I really like them on my Carver, but even their carbon fat doesn't use them. Are they no good with carbon?
 
Metal only AFAIK. All carbon frame manufacturers use there own dropout. Salsa’s alternator dropout is top notch
 
The Alternators are pretty awesome. I replace them every year due to SS use and constantly screwing with them.
 
I had a set like the Alternators on a Transition, it was okay, I always felt the rocking design was inferior with no basis other than looks. Will put rockers/alternators on the wish list
