Fundraising, Food and Sterling
The next PMTB Fundraiser and mingle is June 4th from 6 PM to 9 PM at Giovanni's Bicycle Club in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Please join us and your fellow riders in raising a glass to the current and future success of the trails at Sterling. $30 helps us in our effort to raise $90,000 for Tahawus trails to machine build 2.5 miles of fast flowy singletrack, which will add a connector between Mckeags Meadow and Southgate. Sterling has a lot of big rocks and the machine will help us build much faster than hand alone. Part of the money will also go to bridge construction over the stream on Redback. You can pay at the door with cash, PayPal or Venmo or do it ahead of time here.
If you can't make it, you can sign-up for our mailing list (bottom of the page), join the PMTBA chapter of IMBA or donate directly via Paypal. Wisecrack Coffee Roasters, a local roaster, is also selling Redback Rally, with part of the proceeds going to trail construction in Sterling. A couple of ladies in Piermont call it, "the best coffee in the whole wide world" and if they think so, so will you! Buy some here.
