Yep.... dished and trued.
The wheel is 700c 21mm internal width. I think I am pretty set on getting 40mm or 42mm tires for this. I think it will make a good long distance cruiser.

I used a spare spoke to thread the nipples, so the spoke took a dip in a lid of linseed and was screwed onto the spoke so the nipple and thread was taken care of in one step.

Carefully? I'd apply it with a 4 inch paint brush and hose it off
