Yes, it's imperative that they keep bikes off the trails since they do so much damage. I have emailed the Parks director asking him why washouts like these from 3 years ago have not been addressed yet money and labor is being spent on signage. The home page of Union County calls Watchung the crown jewel of the county parks yet neglects it like a red headed step child. It's really shamefull.
