Spoke to someone who Lives 5 min from there and he said they have been doing crazy trail maintenance up there and its looking great for April 30 opening.

The trails dry quick up there. Some of the best conditions are had the afternoon of a morning rain.

I agree. Diablo's no fun for me when it too dried out and dusty.
