I may regret this, but how slow are you looking to go and what do you call local? I'm probably half your fitness level and twice your age and you can probably ride circles around me. Does anyone post rides on the OOS strava thing?

Thanks Frank. After riding the old school Turner for 5 years finally got modern. Hightower is a rocket ship. While I love the handling, have to get used to the low bottom bracket. Amazing how well a sub 30 pound bike with a supple suspension and

lots of gearing helps.

Ran into Al and George at High Mt. today or I wouldn't have known about the new rod. George is pretty quick up the mt. with 4 paw drive and Al is an animal with a SS Chameleon up there doing the Ancients.
