the rail trail wich is practically no cars
On New York just off From Bronx there’s a Rail trail called North county trailway 60miles oneway
All the way to Putnam in duchesses county,NY

I’m taking it slow so I can recover quickly

No Nassau for me. My oldest bought me an my wife tickets for the Shinedown show on Friday at PNC, and offered to watch the kids for the weekend so we can stay overnight and hit the shore on Saturday. Its not easy to get someone qualified to watch two autistic kids for a few hours, let alone overnight, so im taking the opportunity!
