Oct. 11 - Swap meet at Lehigh Valley Velodrome

This event has been going on for a number of years (over 30). I haven't been there in a few years (and unfortunately, must miss this year as well), but can be a good source of used bikes and parts as well as overstock offered by regional bike shops.

The Velodrome may be a bit of a hike from some in NJ, but folks have been known to drive farther to attend.

It's a good scene to check out. The clothing on sale is worthwhile and some things you've never seen before like vintage parts/bikes but everything else is just okay. The bikes on sale are okay. The best deals there are the used high end parts. It's very road bike oriented. I would say like 20% or less mtb stuff. I might check it out this year and see if they have a good deal on cross bike. BRING CASH AND WALK AROUND ONCE FIRST THEN BEGIN TO BARGAIN!

Yeah... true... it has been somewhat road-oriented in the past... but I haven't been there in so long, I wasn't sure if the road:mtn ratio may have shifted any.
