Becoming a coach was one of the best things I've done in this sport. It's so awesome watching the kids grow and become better / faster riders, some even out riding me at the end of the season. If you have just a little free time on your hands and want to give back, become a coach and have some fun with the kids out on the trails and races.

It's very rewarding !!
