New to Mountain Biking and Forum - Central NJ

Hey all,

Just wanted to say I'm grateful this forum even exists. Spend most of my time riding on the road but my 12 year old wanted to start mountain biking so here I am. Hoping to make the first trip out to Six Mile Run this week. Will take it slow as we are both completely new to this type of riding. Lots to learn for sure so I'm glad to have this resource.

Thanks all, my son and I went out to 6 mile. Leaving Jacque Lane lot clockwise on red trail then back to the lot on White. Great time, but my rear end has certainly been kicked.
