Surprised they even answered their phone, I've been trying to get a hold of them for my front and rear shocks on the K2/Proflex with no success. They wouldn't even reply to my e-mails.

I’ve read similar things and comments on their Facebook page. I must’ve gotten lucky. Called right around 8 PM Eastern time which would’ve been obviously five for them. Maybe it was a slow time at the end of the day?
