Hey all,
I have a Steel HT that currently has a Manitou R Seven 80mm fork on it.
Since I've bought my Full Suspension bike, I've come to appreciate the slacker, more stable manners of a long travel fork.
Conversely, the HT feels really twitchy now.
I'd like to upgrade the fork to slow down the handling.
I assume putting a 100mm fork on the bike will accomplish this, right?
Will the frame be able to handle the longer travel fork?
Any good fork recommendations?
Best places to buy?
I really don't want to break the bank as this is only my backup bike.
Looking to spend $300-400 max.
Is this possible?
