Need a new challenge to get motivated.

I own an Apple Watch and try to close all my rings for all seven days- then 2 weeks, etc… my current record is 10 weeks. Not always biking. Also I set my goal at 900 active calories- for me I found when I worked out in the AM usually light lifting and spinning I crushed it. Days I skipped I was able to close the rings barely by walking the dog, etc. 900 calories was a doable motivator not a futile exercise.

Also plan a bike trip somewhere- pick a date make a reservation- great motivation. I usually went out to things like DirtFest- if I ended up going solo due to friends having conflicts I knew I would be able to connect with folks out there- Being an only child I learned how to make friends easily and quickly! 😁 Also local bike feats with camping are too stressful on the wallet.
