The link below is to an eBay store, the guy mills a lot of cool bits and pieces that will help you retrofit your old stuff to comply with new or different standards that come along with the purchase of a new ride... he has kits that will convert axles, he even has a kit of spacers that will convert your 15x100 front hub to a 15x110 with the disc rotor spacer... just worth checking out and seeing that maybe the stuff you thought is outdated you can still use.

+1 on this - I've worked with him and he's cool, has made some custom parts for me and others. Saw the other thread about a 15mm TA to 9mm QR conversion and thought of this guy immediately - I think I had one of the first 9mm QR axle conversions he made and it worked great.
