First, does anyone know if this is the last weekend Creek is open?
Second, if it rains do they usually close? I don't want to drive all the way up there tomorrow and have it close.

Yes, this is the last official weekend (but they have been known to have bonus weekend if weather permits). Don't close for rain but high winds and lightning they do. Tomorrow isn't looking good.
