We had a great turnout this past Saturday. 4 hours and several bee stings later, we completed the upper portion and most of the middle section of the Wall re-route.

Duncan delivers a pep talk:

Work near the top of the re-route:

I love the new trail it's very technical at least for a rookie like me. I look forward to riding "the wall" again once it's had some recovery time. We will be able to ride it again at some point , right ?

Yeah, it is kinda' tight up top, I would've liked it a little more loose/swooping/open/whatever.

There has been talk the wall will be closed off once the reroute is done.

Steve/Brad,
Was that bottomed out on?

Ultimately, the MCPC has the final say on closing the "Wall", and I believe it is their intention to do so.

SAY IT ISN'T SO.

DON'T CLOSE THE WALL !

give it 6 months to a year off and it will be fine.
