SYDNEY (Reuters) - An Australian man convicted of his seventh drink-driving charge was spending about A$1,000 ($972) a week on beer -- enough to buy more than 2,500 small bottles a month, a newspaper said Tuesday.

no way! how do they come up with 2500 small bottles. That must be cheap beer. that's like $.39 a beer..
did I do my math right? I had a few beers after work.

edit.. didn't sound right.. it's $1.50/beer , 80 beers a day.. I'm impressed..
Hopefully he'll spend some time behind bars instead of driving. Dope. You would think he learned after the 6th time.
