4iiii. They do both options where you can buy a crankarm with a power meter or send yours in.Who? Stages used to, but as far as I can tell they are no longer in business (despite the website still being active). I haven't been able to find another vendor who was doing similar powermeter sensor installations.
It would be great if someone buys the powermeter part of the Stages business. From what I've read, that wasn't the part of the business that was in trouble.
