Guess we'll see who gets their's first. 1 man shop? They're probably wondering what the hell just happened in NJ.
I was wondering if there was a product like the b-rad. That might work. Good find, thanks!I would have suggested something that can put the bottle cage lower. I just saw Wolftooth sells (but is out of stock on) an adjustable water bottle holder.
Morse Cage
The Wolf Tooth Morse Cage is a lightweight and low profile way to reposition bottle cages. Named for its dot-dash-dot-dash mounting pattern, the Morse Cage base plate offers four positions across 32mm of vertical adjustment, fully capturing one mounting bolt in every position to prevent...www.wolftoothcomponents.com
But if you want to just move your existing cage lower, this seems to make sense:
B-RAD Mounting Bases
The B-RAD system begins with a series of slotted Mounting Bases. Available in a variety of sizes, B-RAD bases can shift a bottle cage away from inconvenient rear shocks on your mountain bike, add room for tools or tubes below a bottle cage, or even provide space for a second bottle on...www.wolftoothcomponents.com
I almost went for that hip pack, but I love my Bontrager one as it can fit a lot of tools including a shock pump.
How come I didn't get a 40% off code.Peer pressure

You bought before the code was postedHow come I didn't get a 40% off code.
Yeah, me too. Discount code was the clincher. @mattybfat is coming up big for them as an influencer, though he's got a lot of bags to buy if we're not satisfied.Peer pressure

Same. $60 bucks, maybe. Sub-fiddy, I’ll give it a go. Wonder where the 40% off puts them in profitability.Yeah, me too. Discount code was the clincher. @mattybfat is coming up big for them as an influencer, though he's got a lot of bags to buy if we're not satisfied.

You people are insane. A $60 fanny pack? And this is supposed to better than a low-profile camelbak? I just don’t see it. 🙄
That's definitely fair. I have both a low profile hydration pack and a larger Osprey that I generally ride with. I do enjoy riding w/o a pack but stashing water/tools is an issue. To me, this seems like a possible middle-ground that's worth a try and sub-$50 with the discount code doesn't strike me as unreasonable if as good as billed. Regardless, we'll shortly have a ton of anecdotal evidence one way or the other. You people are insane. A $60 fanny pack? And this is supposed to better than a low-profile camelbak? I have an older Camelbak M.U.L.E. that has been relegated to TM days or day hikes and replaced it with a LR version. But sometimes I wish I could do a longer ride on the FS bike without having all that on my back or stuffing a bottle and gear in my jersey pocket. This will be an interesting experiment for many of us to participate and report our findings. And confirming @mattybfat is the almighty wise one. That's definitely fair. Most of us have been riding a long time. Anything less than $100 seems like it is free. You people are insane. A $60 fanny pack? And this is supposed to better than a low-profile camelbak? I just don’t see it. 🙄
