Found it!
Red141, I, and 2 other buddies decided to go back to that portion of the blue trail from S Middlebush going to Canal, between the red-blue split and the stream crossing, where I suspected I dropped/lost my Pedro's ICU Multi-Tool. Red141 found it on the side of the trail! Thank you very much, Red141!
