Lost a Garmin Edge 530 Sunday 8/4/19 near the concrete bridge at Six Mile Run.

Were you using a tether? The more recent garmins have a tether, figured the 530 would too.

As someone who lost a Garmin 705 and a hiker found it, used the gps files to figure out who I was, and the contact me and return it, I'd say chances are pretty high if someone finds it.

Ha you got lucky. I lost an 810 at 6mr, knew where it fell off. Passed a group of guys going opposite direction - went back and it was gone. Almost certain those guys found it, never returned.

Needs an audio signal that you can trigger from a phone or their app. Similar to the iPhone/Apple Watch feature.

I rode there Sunday to the far side of the concrete bridge from South Middlebush and I didnt see any anything. Was at the park from 9-11ish
