Does anyone know what the lightest reducer headset is? It looks like either the caen creek internal or the E.13 cups with cane creek or fsa internals. It would be for XC use only with a 5" fork.
Cheap, Lite, Durable = choose two.
The Chris King is no doubt durable and would be my first coice if it wasn't $179 and it is on the heavier side of the reducer headsets (not the typical King)
You jump with yours don't you? There worst this bike with see is a 3' drop.
FSA is the way to go for light, although I'd just buy the FSA Orbit 1.5r rather than the e13 cups...

138 grams, ultra-low stack height to keep your bars low. I've got an Orbit Xtreme Pro 1.5 on my big bike, and it's been pretty good. Got three years out of it without any service.
