Lights are great. I have the old vega and the new stella 200L. Both nice and bright with good battery and compact design. I lost a piece for the bar mount for my vega. I emailed them like 3 months ago via their website and still haven't received a reply yet. I just emailed them again a couple weeks ago and still no reply. What's the deal?

Not like the quick turnaround service I have experienced with crank brothers or the great service I hear about over at NiteRider

Call them at 831-645-1538. I have received outstanding CS from L&M using that number. They sent me replacement parts for free when I broke my helmet mount.

I just said hey I lost parts for my bar mount. She said okay, name & address? Gave it to her. Then she's like okay get them to you. And I was like um okay? (in a are you sure you're not gonna charge me tone). Thanks. Bye.
