Quads and unauthorized motorized use Destroying trails at Mooch. Call 877-WARN-DEP, or use the app WARN NJDEP. Answer all the required fields, do it if you see trail damage or hear them, you can do it afterwards as well.
 
How big are these rides? Best thing to do is keep an eye out on forums/social media and report upcoming rides directly (by phone or email) to the DEP. It's a sure way to get the big rides shut down.
 
I've seen groups there during every ride, I thought they were allowed in there.
 
They were banned there after the last hair scrambles they had They destroyed the place and never went back to fix the trails and that was in late 90’s
