Kuat NV 2.0 Hitch tray style bike rack- fits 1.25" receivers or 2" with adapter(not included)

Comes with keys for hitch lock, bike locks and trail doc. Solid condition. Some light paint scratches from use along with some surface rust from use. I'll clean up that as best I can as well. Everything is functioning great, trail doc is brand new and ratchet arm for bottom tray is 3 months old.
