This looks like the closest to Killington with water/elec. http://www.irocamp.com/index.html
I've found most of VT state parks don't have water/elec. You could also look on https://www.hipcamp.com and https://www.boondockerswelcome.com. Basically people offering an RV site on their private property.

Lots of good info especially the boondockers, booked a KOA 30 mins away at Quechee/Pine Valley. Stoked!

Just got back from the area. Intended to ride killington and gmt but ended up riding local trails in Woodstock where we staying (which were great). Spent each afternoon in the queechee gorge.

Mount peg and aqueduct trails. Suicide six is there too, didn’t get to ride there (dh ski mountain but without lift access). Trapline and cloud drop were great at mount peg and slash ridge at aqueduct. I was only there for three days and it was perfect for that time period since it was rideable from town. I do want to go back and hit killington, gst and ascutney.

Just rode Killington last weekend. Holy shit, that place is awesome. We lapped blue and black magic and made a couple trips to the top to do cable and the other black tech trails. There is a lot of ground to cover up there. Here's a video of black magic
