Kids play house

My daughter got about 3.5 minutes of play out of this and it's just been on my patio since then.

Really nice wood play house in good condition with some accessories, including play pots/pans, phone, working doorbell, solar lights on the front, plants. If it doesn't sell I might just join the Tiny Home Nation.

You should check first on how it impacts your property taxes and if you'll get fined for an um permitted non-attached structure.
