Jungle Habitat Terrain?

Can anyone give me an idea of the terrain of Jungle Habitat? It's about 2 hours away, and wanted to get some similair local riding in, to prepare for the race. I will head up there for a ride, just want to know what I am getting myself into.

think the turns at six mile, only up and downhill with rocks all about. at least for the singletrack. the rocky fireroads are like nothing you have down there i don't think. but there will be a good amount of wide open kind of stuff. i think you'll be surprised at your ability to ride stuff you normally don't in a race situation.
