Has to be a better way....what if you power your bike with a rocket engine?

Drop bags are prepped. Need to be in the mail on MONDAY!! It's somewhat interesting trying to think about what I might want in Rohn, 3 days into this race? I'm fairly certain it will involve none of the things I packed in these bags. ?

And then double that for the drop in Finger Lake which is even harder to prep for because it's so early in the race. But I figure I'll start with minimal calories and have room on the bike for the long push over Rainy Pass and the even longer push up to Rohn. There's a very good possibility it could take 2 full days to get from one drop to the next. Given the somewhat warm temps happening in AK right now, I don't suspect the trail to be fast.
What's the distance again - 500 miles?
350. But the distances are misleading.
Be honest, you’re scouting another HB location
Like not long nuff?350. But the distances are misleading.

Very cool preparation info Jim. Thanks for sharing.
Doing a fair bit of Winter camping, I can honestly say I'm quite impressed at what you've shrunk you total kit down to!
