1 hour in the Basement before work. Shoulders are sore from yesterday's Deadlifts.

Lunch Ride. I made friends with a deer. He wouldn't eat my Annies Bunnies, so I fake shot him in his stupid face. Pew pew.

Mark and I went down to South Jersey to ride with the Tuckahoe guys. We got a proper tour and they showed us everything we missed last round and more. Between the 2 rides we did I can put together a pretty long loop that's almost 100% gravel. Good times. Good dudes.

Honey do list day in prep for being away next week. Started with boy#2 and tuned up mommy's car.

Hour and change in the basement doing things. Then core and chinups at the shop. All in about 2 hours.

Easy lunch ride on the Gravel Bike exploring the powerlines around the shop.

Gym day, no bike day. Officially Tapering now with 3 days off the bike until Wendigo.

Came home to pack and prep the bike. There's a storm coming tomorrow and Friday so it's gonna be a shitty drive. At least race day temps are where I like it. COLD. Should be a super fast day if the groomers are out after the storm, but I'm secretly hoping the trail is F'ed.
